Training

Training is an important and on-going element at KWE to ensure that all staff members are continuously up to date on the latest rules and regulations. Realizing that a skilled and knowledgeable staff is an integral part of being able to provide "best in class" service to our customers, KWE has created teams of individuals whose expertise in each specific area is utilized to teach, monitor and maintain high-level standards for all employees. KWE has dedicated groups for Corporate Compliance, Operations and IT amongst several others, who are responsible for the development, training and education of all employees via regular conference calls, webcast and physical on-site meetings. These specialty groups are available to employees, as well as our customers, on an on-going basis for guidance, support and inquiries. In addition to the internal training programs described above, KWE staff members participate in outside training programs and seminars, at minimum, an annual basis depending on the nature of his/her job function.
